Mardi Gras - Mask Making

I thought we'd have a little fun celebrating the French colonial version of Carnival by making some Papier-mâché masks and miniature floats.  This year Mardi Gras falls on February 21st so the students are already working away on their masks.  Next Tuesday during class the students will finish putting the final touches on their floats and then we will march through the halls! If anyone would like to donate shoe boxes, sequins, feathers or small plastic toys that would be great! Thank You, Christine
